Things worth telling us:
- A price that no longer matches the live page. Rates shift with the season and the ticket option. If an operator charges something different, flag it and the figure gets corrected.
- A walk that no longer departs, a trolley whose booking calendar has shut, or a ticket whose inclusions have changed. Tell us and the entry gets pulled quickly.
- Factual slips, big or small: a wrong start point near the Freedom Trail, an off duration, a rating that has drifted. Corrections are always welcome.
- A haunted Boston outing we have missed. If you operate one with a live booking page and public reviews, send the link and it gets the same look as the nine already listed here. Nobody pays for placement, and no operator can buy a higher spot on the page.
- Anything the FAQ and the guides leave open, from trolley seating to cancellation windows.
What This Desk Cannot Do
This site compares tours; it does not sell them. We never take a payment, hold a seat or issue a refund. Every walk, trolley ride and pub crawl on the page belongs to its operator, whether that is US Ghost Adventures, Ghost City Tours or Historic Tours of America. When something goes wrong with a booking, your confirmation email is the paper that counts: it carries the reference number, the meeting point and a direct line to the people running your night (see What to Expect). Nearly every listing here carries free cancellation, so changes and refunds are handled on the live booking page rather than by us.
